Shipping Policy

At XBH Maldives, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and terms.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 6 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: 25 MVR
- Express Shipping: 50 MVR
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship outside maldives..
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We will be taking full responsibility for any products damaged on our side, but if an item is lost after we deliver it to the destination the customer provides we will not be taking any responsibilities. If you received your order damaged, please contact us, Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and proof before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect address, XBH Maldives will not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before submitting your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
At XBH Maldives, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Receipt: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at support@xbhmaldives.com or +9607711131 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number inside the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchange Process
Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team at support@xbhmaldives.com or +9607711131 to initiate an exchange. Please provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) for an exchange.
Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the EA number inside the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
New Item Shipment: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will ship the new item(s) to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once the new item(s) have shipped.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense and will send a replacement, including shipping costs.
7. Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item(s). During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
